This is the first post of the Blog and I would like to welcome everyone here. I have had a lifelong passion for food. I hope to provide you a balance of great tasting food, the science behind what we do, and some cool food related projects (check out the next post for a good example). I live in Athens, GA and will also from time to time provide reviews of various restaurants in the Athens and Atlanta areas.
